Alice Gendron runs an incredibly successful YouTube Channel and Instagram feed, where her Mini ADHD Coach has gained global recognition for helping women with ADHD.
However, we faced a challenge: the YouTube channel used different illustration styles compared to Alice’s, creating a disconnect from the rest of the brand. With an upcoming book release, it was time to unite everything.
Our main goal was to develop content that instantly resonated as The Mini ADHD Coach. Since Alice’s words and illustrations had already made a significant impact on a global scale through Instagram, we aimed to amplify this presence on the YouTube Channel
We embarked on a creative journey by compiling a comprehensive library of every illustration ever crafted by Alice. These illustrations served as the foundation, where we animated some and utilised others as references for new creations. This approach not only brought Alice’s vision to life but also ensured consistency across the brand.
To maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness, especially for scripts surpassing the 3-minute mark, we crafted written storyboards that seamlessly integrated simple animation techniques. Additionally, recognising the popularity of shorter formats, we tailored each animation to be easily adapted into bite-sized versions for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.

Up to now, the animations we crafted have garnered an impressive 100k views. With our streamlined process, the social media channels consistently feature Alice’s illustrations in all their new content, maintaining a vibrant connection with the audience.
