Bake! is a set of brand positioning games designed to bring your brand, team, and audience together. Through gameplay, it encourages deeper exploration into the psychology behind where your brand sits in the minds of your team, helping you rediscover your business’s raison d’être.

Bake is structured as a workshop to align your brand’s personality with the nature of your key customers. Its primary function is to bring about meaningful discussions about brand positioning, ultimately creating alignment and harmony within your team.

It’s also a lot of fun! (Serious fun 😁).

Starting a bakery is a ruthless business! Bake cakes, win customers (or steal them from other players),  and the player with the most harmonious bakery wins! 

Victorious Sponge! is a game for 1-4 players/teams where you build the perfect cake for your brand. The gameplay focuses on winning high-quality ingredients to bake an incredible cake, each representing a different trait of your business personality. At the end of the game, we evaluate these attributes, and the player with the ingredients that best suit their personality wins.

Raisin The Cakes! is a game for 1-4 players/teams to win the perfect customer. The gameplay focuses on winning as many relevant customers as possible, by challenging each other over your knowledge of the world. But beware—other players can take your customers, too! At the end of the game, you compete for the best customer fit for your brand, and the player with the best customers wins.

Bunfight! How well do you know your business’s reason for being? Bunfight! is a fast-paced game that pits players against each other in a series of quickfire questions, digging deep into the very essence of the brand.
